This no-sweat mojito is from Juli's Any Seltzer Cocktail Formula Recipe found in the magazine. Use 2 to 4 tablespoons any fresh fruit, herb, or vegetable, 1 teaspoon white or brown sugar, 3 ounces of a desired spirit (or 1 1/2 ounces if using hard seltzer), one 12-ounce can flavored seltzer, and a garnish of your choice to create a cocktail for two in no time flat.

Ingredients

  • 6 sprigs fresh mint, divided
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can lime-flavored seltzer water

Cooking Directions

  1. Muddle 4 mint sprigs and sugar together in a mixing glass until crushed. Add rum and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with seltzer and garnish each glass with a remaining mint sprig.
